L&A Wrecker Service AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS: Note: A 10% Buyer's Premium Will Be Charged By Bray Auctions To The Credit Card Used to Register. All vehicles are sold AS-IS with no warranties express nor implied; it is the buyer's responsibility to inspect and verify information regarding vehicles; L&A Wrecker Service has provided information to the best of their ability, but buyers have the ultimate responsibility of due diligence. Please utilize the scheduled inspection times to your benefit. Inspection of vehicles will be held on Thursday and Friday of the auction from 12:00pm to 4:00pm Highest Bidder Wins. The online bidding platform will close at a rate of 1 item per minute. If a bid is made within the final 2 minutes of any item, the timer on THAT item will be reset to 2 minutes. Back up bidders and others will have the opportunity to bid again on that item. An item does not close or sell until the final 2 minutes elapses with no further bids. All sales are final. It is the bidder's responsibility to do due diligence on all items purchased. Any bidder that wins an item and does not pay will have their bidding credentials revoked and will NEVER be permitted to bid again in ANY auction. All items must be paid for before they are removed. ALL items must be paid for and removed on the Monday through Wednesday following the auction from 7:00am to 7:00pm. Any vehicles still not picked up during the allotted time will be subject to a $10 per day storage fee. A 10% Buyer's Premium will be charged by Bray Auctions to the credit card on file, used to register. Buyer's Premium MUST be paid prior to removal of auction purchases. Payments will be made at L&A Wrecker Service, 2630 12th Ave NW, Norman, OK 73069. Accepted payment methods are cash or credit card. ALL CARD PAYMENTS TO L&A WILL INCUR A 4% SERVICE CHARGE. Unless stated otherwise, all vehicles are sold subject to Title 42 paperwork. L&A Wrecker Service follows title 42 regulations for all vehicles and is at the mercy of the Oklahoma Tax Commission for processing and return waiting times. Until Title 42 paperwork is approved, you are not the registered owner. If you choose to drive a vehicle purchased, you are doing so at your own risk. If you choose to spend money making repairs of any kind before the paperwork is approved, you are doing so at your own risk. All paperwork will be done in the bidders name only. No exceptions. Most Title 42 responses are completed within 90 days but there is no guarantee on timelines.
