All vehicles are sold AS-IS; it is the buyer's responsibility to inspect and verify information regarding vehicles; Barnes Wrecker Service and Bray Auctions have provided information to the best of their ability, but no guarantees or warranties are expressed nor implied. Highest Bidder Wins. The online bidding platform will close at a rate of 1 item per minute. If a bid is made within the final 3 minutes of any item, the timer on THAT item will be reset to 3 minutes. Back up bidders and others will have the opportunity to bid again on that item. An item does not close or sell until the final 3 minutes elapse with no further bids. All sales are final. It is the bidder's responsibility to do due diligence on all items purchased. Any bidder that wins an item and does not pay will have their bidding credentials revoked and will NEVER be permitted to bid again. All items must be paid for before they are removed. ALL items must be paid for on the Monday through Friday following the auction from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Winning bidders have until Friday at 4:00 to pick up their vehicle(s). Payments will be made at Barnes Wrecker Service by cash OR Express Pay only! ANY VEHICLES SOLD UNDER $800 WILL INCUR A $125 TITLE PROCESSING FEE.
